2025-10-17
JIANGSU XINGDA STEEL TYRE CORD CO., LTD. (“XINGDA”) hereby informs the public that on October 14, 2025, the Brazilian Trade Remedies Authority (DECOM), through Circular SECEX No. 80/2025, terminated the antidumping investigation concerning Brazilian imports of steel tire cords originating from China without the imposition of any antidumping measures.
Throughout the investigation, XINGDA actively cooperated with the Brazilian authorities through its legal representatives in China and Brazil. By combining full transparency, extensive collaboration, and the dedicated technical efforts of its team, XINGDA was able to demonstrate and substantiate to the Brazilian authority the complete absence of any unfair trade practices in its exports to Brazil.
This result had already been anticipated by the Preliminary Determination, published through Circular SECEX No. 2/2025, which found a negative dumping margin of -33.5% for XINGDA — confirming the integrity of its commercial practices and its unwavering commitment to fair competition and to its valued customers.
XINGDA welcomes the closure of this investigation, without the application of any antidumping duties, as further evidence that transparency, cooperation, and integrity remain the pillars of its international operations and long-term partnerships.
